AXA in Ukraine 

AXA in Ukraine is represented by two large companies - Insurance Company “AXA Insurance” and Insurance Company “AXA Ukraine”. Teams with sixteen years of leading experience in the market have united to make insurance more affordable and reliable for customers. Today over half a million customers in Ukraine trust AXA. The company is growing rapidly and even during the crisis in the time of general market decline by more than 20%, AXA achieved an increase of 18%.

For convenience of our customers affiliates and branch offices of AXA in Ukraine are located in all regions of Ukraine. Regional network of “AXA Insurance” is represented in more than 200 Ukrainian cities, and the agency network has over 900 agents.

Regional network of AXA Ukraine comprises 39 offices, and as the company specializes in distribution through banking channels, its policies can also be acquired in any branch of JSC “UkrSibbank” (BNP Paribas). It is over 700 outlets throughout Ukraine.

Also, there are claims payment centers of AXA in Ukraine in all regions of the country.

Today 86% of customers are satisfied with the quality of service of AXA in Ukraine. In addition to that the companies of the Group are working on further improvement of their business processes. For the current year AXA plans to raise "the quality bar" of service and achieve higher level of customers satisfied with the quality of claims settlement in the companies of the Group. Besides that, it is expected that claims will be settled in a shorter period of time by the end of 2010.

AXA in Ukraine specializes in Motor Insurance (CASCO), Property Insurance, Third Party Liability Insurance (Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurance), Accident Insurance, Medical Insurance and other types of insurance.
